Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with your order number. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method, minus the cost of shipping within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take up to a week before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a credit is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at shop@lleides.com

Sale items (if applicable)

Only normal priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless the item is found to be defective.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Changes only apply to defective items or size changes of the same item within 30 days. If you need to exchange it for a different size, please email us at shop@lleides.com to check stock. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange.

Gifts

If the item is a gift, the refund will be applied to the original purchaser and they will be notified of the return.

Shipping

To return your product, send your items to: Returns LLEIDES AV. VALENCIA, 28 25001-LLEIDA (SPAIN) You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
